Ans: Shipping & Handling charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Ans: We will ship out most orders the same day if it is available. It’s up to the customer when they need the shipment. Overnight, 2nd Day, 3rd Day, or Ground.

Q3) HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING & HOW YOU SEND US?

Ans: Shipping is calculated by shipping rates and is based on weight, destination, and shipping method. We ship all orders by FedEx, UPS, and USPS.

Q4) DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?

Ans: Yes, we do international Shipping!

Q5) WHAT METHOD OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?

Ans: We accept all major credits cards, money orders, cashier checks & business checks as approved by credit application and Jewelers Board of Trade (JBT Rated)

Ans: All returns/exchanges are subject to approval by the management of Americas Gold.

Ans. All applications will be put under review and the decision will be made in 1-3 business days.

Q8) WHAT CRITERIA DOES AN APPLICANT NEED IN ORDER TO BE APPROVED?

Ans. Tax ID permit and actual business store address

Q9) ALREADY FILLED UP THE CUSTOMER PROFILE FORM ON THE WEBSITE AND STILL CAN'T LOG IN
